EMMY AWARDS 2025 – A NIGHT I’LL NEVER FORGET

Good morning, everyone!

The sun is up here in LA, but I’m still buzzing from last night. The 2025 Emmy Awards turned the whole city into a movie set – limos lined up, fans and photographers everywhere, that kind of electric energy you can feel in the air even miles away.

What a night. “The Studio” totally made history with 13 wins – the most ever for a comedy series in a single season. Seeing Seth Rogen on stage, laughing through happy tears with the whole cast, was such a moment.

Then came my favorite part: Noah Wyle finally winning for “The Pitt”! I used to watch him on “ER,” so I was right there with him when his voice cracked during his speech. Pure nostalgia.

And how cute was Owen Cooper, just fifteen, becoming the youngest Emmy winner in over forty years thanks to Adolescence sweeping six awards? The standing ovation he got was magical.

The speeches were fire, too – Hannah Einbinder from “Hacks” dropped a mic-worthy closer, and Jean Smart proved once again she’s a queen, taking home her fourth Emmy in a row.

But the most powerful moment? Tramell Tillman, the first Black man to ever win Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, dedicating the award to his mom. You could feel the whole room holding its breath.

LA felt like the center of the world last night. Now it’s coffee time, walk with my dog, and back to normal life – though I’m not sure this Emmy glow is wearing off anytime soon.
